The Plano Metro Rotary Club Flag Program allows subscribers to have a 3x5 foot American flag on a pole placed in front of their home on 7 national holidays including President's Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Patriot's Day, and Veteran's Day. The flags are typically distributed the weekend before each holiday and are removed the weekend following the holiday.

Annual subscription rates are currently $60 a year per flag, with discounts available for 11+ flags. Funds raised from the flag program go to support local community organizations such as City House, Hendrick Scholarship Foundation, CASA of Collin County, Samaritans House, Hope's Door, Polio Plus, and many more.
